Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and ensure smooth operations of finance, accounting, and taxation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
3. Ensure proper bookkeeping and financial recording in accordance with PSAK (Indonesian GAAP) and internal policies.
4. Review account reconciliations, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
5. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
6. Manage and ensure timely tax compliance (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and other related taxes).
7. Coordinate with external and internal auditors for financial and tax audits.
8. Lead, coach, and develop the Finance & Accounting team for higher performance and efficiency.
9. Establish and improve SOPs related to finance, accounting, and tax operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
3. Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industry is highly preferred.
4. Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Accurate, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
5. Strong analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
7. Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
