Job Description:
Supervise and guide the accounting team in carrying out daily operations.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Oversee the month-end closing process and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Prepare for and support both internal and external audit processes.
Address audit findings and implement corrective actions and improvements.
Develop and enforce strong financial policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.
Perform financial analysis to support management decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual budget.
Monitor budget implementation and provide periodic reports to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Previous experience as an Finance, Accounting, Tax Supervisor or in a similar managerial role is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zahir, SAP, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
