Key Responsibilities
1. Store Daily Financial Operations
Oversee daily store revenue verification, deposit supervision, and management of cash and POS systems to ensure funds are collected accurately and securely.
Review store expenses (e.g., rent, utilities, personnel, marketing) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Manage store petty cash and supervise its usage and reimbursement process.
Conduct asset management and inventory checks for the store.
2. Accounting and Financial Reporting
Handle local accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accounting records comply with Indonesian accounting standards and group policies.
Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual local accounting tasks, coordinating with HQ monthly close processes.
Prepare and submit local tax filings (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, etc.) and maintain good communication with local tax authorities or advisors.
Assist with annual audits and statutory inspections in Indonesia.
3. Business Operations Support
Support reconciliation and settlement with local vendors.
Provide financial support for store openings, such as POS installation and bank coordination.
Assist in managing financial matters related to operational stores.
4. Store Internal Control Supervision
Assist in maintaining and implementing the group’s unified financial policies and internal control processes.
Identify financial risks and control deficiencies in operations and communicate findings to HQ.
Ensure store operations comply with Indonesian financial, tax, and commercial laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English or Mandarin is required for communication with HQ.
- Holding professional local accounting certification (e.g., CA / CPA Indonesia) or similar credentials is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant financial experience; retail or offline store support experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and tax, familiar with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
