FAT Supervisor (Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor)
Job Description:
- Supervise and manage daily Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and cash flow reports on a monthly basis.
- Monitor accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), petty cash, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting, tax payments, and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities during audits and reporting processes.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to support business operations.
- Review reimbursement, payment requests, and operational expenses in accordance with company policies.
- Develop, implement, and improve financial policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, HR, Purchasing, Warehouse, and E-commerce teams.
- Support financial analysis and provide recommendations to management for business decision-making.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team to achieve departmental objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or trading companies is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), taxation, and financial regulations.
- Experienced in preparing financial statements, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Familiar with tax reporting, including VAT (PPN), Withholding Tax (PPh), and corporate tax compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Accurate, Jurnal, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
