Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor

Responsibility

Financial Accounting

1. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure all financial transactions are recorde accurately and in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company plicies.
2. Supervise the monthly and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
3. Review journal entries, account classifications, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
4. Prepare and review financial statements, supporting schedules and related reconciliations
5. Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explantions

Tax Complience

1. Review monthly tax fillings (SPT Masa) and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
2. Prepare and review the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Tahunan dan Badan)
3. Conduct tax reconciliations and tax equalization with financial statements
4. Maintain proper tax documentation and support the company during tax audits or inquiries from tax authorities
5. Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess potential impact on the company

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting & Tax
3. Prior experience in Senior Accounting or Supervisor role is preferred
4. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
5. Good knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
6. Experience handling external audits and tax audits
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (Accurate, SAP, etc.)
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues
9. High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
