Finance Accounting Tax Staff

What you'll be doing

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and forecasts.
• Manage petty cash and bank transactions in accordance with company policy.
• Coordinate with project sites to ensure accurate and timely fund requests and disbursements.
• Record all financial transactions in the accounting system (accurately and in a timely manner).
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure proper supporting documentation is in place.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., PSAK/IFRS).
• Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of monthly and annual tax reports (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT, and corporate income tax).
• Support of maintain proper documentation for tax audits and comply with local tax regulations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or project-based industry.
• Understanding of Indonesian taxation and accounting standards (PSAK).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar).
• Experience with project-based accounting is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Can join ASAP
• Willing to work on Saturday.
