SENIOR FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX SPECIALIST

Core Value: Oversee full-set external accounting, ensure absolute tax-accounting compliance under Indonesian regulations, and seamlessly liaise with external tax vendors and corporate headquarters.
Core Responsibilities:
- Full-Set Accounting: Independently handle the complete financial full-set accounting cycle and execute standardized period closings in strict compliance with PSAK.
- Tax Compliance & Liaison: Master local tax policies, manage full-category tax filings (PPN VAT, PPh 21, 23, 25, 26), and take full charge of end-to-end e-Faktur electronic invoice compliance.
- AR/AP & Cash Management: Audit multi-channel store sales collections, execute item-by-item bank reconciliation, and supervise supplier payable reviews utilizing the three-document matching method.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Verify inventory ledger data against physical stocks, resolve discrepancies, and monitor operational cost fluctuations.
- Audit & Reporting Support: Coordinate directly with external auditors and local tax authorities; aggregate and report unified monthly financial metrics to the group headquarters.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or equivalent fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting and local tax operations (preferably in retail, trading, or Chinese-funded enterprises).
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in operating e-Faktur, e-SPT, and e-Filing systems with a strong understanding of financial statements and Excel data analysis.
- Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (to interface with local tax offices) and proficient in English or Chinese (for direct liaison with corporate headquarters).
- Key Attributes: Exceptionally rigorous, possess strong compliance risk awareness, and comfortable adapting to dynamic management frameworks.
