Finance Accounting Tax Specialist (F&B Industry)

In this role, you will be the vital link between our daily outlet operations and our strategic financial health, ensuring that every transaction translates into accurate data and total tax compliance.

📍 Location: South Tangerang (Strategic location: only 5 minutes from Serpong KRL Station).

FINANCE ACCOUNTING TAX

Role Description

End-to-End Accounting: Manage the complete accounting cycle, from daily transaction verification and journaling to the preparation of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

ESB System Management: Optimize the ESB System for sales reconciliation and raw material cost control (Inventory/Goods Module).

COGS & Inventory Analysis: Monitor procurement costs, lead periodic stock opnames, and analyze variances between physical stock and system data.

Tax Compliance: Handle the end-to-end tax cycle specific to the F&B industry (VAT, PPh 21, 23, 4(2), etc.) in accordance with Indonesian regulations.

Cash Flow & Budgeting: Manage daily operational liquidity and conduct monthly "Budget vs Actual" performance evaluations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Purchasing and Operations to ensure supply chain efficiency and document validity.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation.

Certification: Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Finance/Accounting (F&B industry experience is highly preferred).

Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of ESB System (POS & Goods Modules)

Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the latest Indonesian tax laws.

Attributes: High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
