Finance Accounting Tax Manager

PT Rent Indonesia Asia ( previously known as Max Rent Indonesia), a leading rental company specializing in heavy equipment for commercial and construction needs, is expanding its operations in Neglasari, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a talented individual to our team as a Finance Accounting Tax Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic financial management of our business, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and supporting our continued growth.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who meets the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field from a reputable international or national university.
• Preferably has experience working in Public Accounting Firms (KAP) or consulting firms.
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Accounting, audit, consulting, or related financial roles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data either with excel or programs.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance concepts, and basic tax principles.
• Experience in preparing management reports, business reviews, or interacting with external auditors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, ERP) and Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Experience in preparing financial reports, budgeting, and conducting reconciliations is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and identify areas for improvement.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team.
• High integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic are important qualities.
