Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance Accounting Tax Manager PT Aino Indonesia
- Controlling and maintain on all activities in Finance, Accounting & Tax to ensure that management system requirement related to Finance, Accounting & Tax are implemented and alligned to corporate goal and target.
- Establish good financial planning and reporting to BOD and Shareholder regularly to provide comprehensif understanding the financial situation and action
- Control and evaluate the organization’s business plans and capital structure to ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Supervise, lead and guide all Finance Accounting & Tax personnel on daily functions to prepare reliable current report and forecasting reports
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies throught oversee the company’s finance system
- Liaise with auditors and any other relevant functions as determined and assigned by VP and/or any authorized personnel to run seemless operational and function
- Colaborate with other related Departement regarding update information on financial and tax laws and regulations
- Bachelor's Degree of Finance, Accounting, or related field with at least 4 or 5 years of similar position
- Having experience in startups or tech industry or establised company are preferred
- Having experiences in leading team with tight scoop of work, have a strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Having experience to undertake a tour of duty in several functions are prefered
- Possess good knowledge of corporate financial law, taxation and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data Financial analysis and forecasting
- Willing to work offline at Yogyakarta HQ Office
