Job Description :
- Actively support the Management team in all internal and external data analysis and managing a team of internal resources for such purpose
- Book all transactions, reconciling daily, monthly and annual transactions.
- Manage Inventory, Payments, and adjustment data into our finance system.
- Assist in building and maintaining a budget.
- Managing all documentation processes for efficient and accurate transactions.
- Management of channel partners agreements and drive a consistent approach on rebates and marketing support for the channel partners
- Preparation of consolidated accounts and financial statements in accordance with financial reporting standards and Company policies,
- Involved in the S&OP (sales & operations planning process) as needed.
- Manage and accurately calculate costs of manufactured product with an ERP System
- Payroll Review and submission
- Training, developing and reviewing work of finance staffs
- Year end and audit preparation including tax (tax planning, compliance, strategies, tax risks, and tax return)
- Other ad hoc matters
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree S1 in accounting/finance field
- CPA / CFA certified with At least 3 Years of Experience is preferenced
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns, such as pph 21, pph 23, pph 25 & employee tax
- Certificate brevet A&B
- Knowledge of tax software (e-SPT, e-Faktur & e-filling) and Ms Office software (word and excel)
- High-Energy, driven professional with sound business acumen.
- Knowledge of the Accurate & Xero accounting system is a MUST
- Understand trade Financing, and financial modeling.
- Strong interpersonal communication Skills.
