WE’RE HIRING — Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager
Grogol, West Jakarta | Full-time, WFO
LEKA is a fast-growing retail brand group in home appliances (dehumidifiers, air purifiers, water flossers) with expanding brands like LEKAGo (traveling), LEKA Paws (pet care) & Veska (oral care) in its portfolio. As we scale, we’re looking for a high-ownership Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager who can lead our finance function end-to-end and build solid systems for a rapidly expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full financial reporting: monthly/annual financial statement, tax compliance & annual SPT
- Drive financial analysis & link insights to business goals and strategy
- Develop internal controls, systems, and finance policies
- Lead budgeting, forecasting & cashflow planning
- Oversee cashflow, AR/AP (including import payments), inventory health & key financial KPIs
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership, high ownership & accountability
- Detail-oriented yet able to see the big picture
- Mature, agile, able to handle pressure & tight deadlines
- Integrity, responsibility & willingness to learn
- Mastery of full financial statements (including SPT)
- Strong financial analysis + business partnering mindset
- Experience building internal controls and finance SOPs
- Familiar with budgeting, forecasting & cashflow management
- Minimal >4 years' experience in Finance/Accounting/Tax (Preferably experience in retail/FMCG/startup/trading & import companies)
- Ideally live near Grogol/West Jakarta area
