Finance Accounting Tax Manager

Role Description

The FAT (Finance, Accounting & Tax) Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership position based at our Head Office in Subang, West Java. This key role is responsible for directing the company's overall financial strategies, overseeing daily accounting operations, and ensuring comprehensive tax planning and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include managing corporate budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and overseeing complex fixed asset recording specific to mining and heavy equipment operations. The FAT Manager will lead the finance team, coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities, and implement robust financial controls to support the company's continuous growth. To support our fast-paced operational needs, the ideal candidate must be available to join immediately and be fully willing to relocate to Subang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (S1/S2) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or Tax Brevet A, B & C are highly preferred.
• Must be available for immediate joining and fully willing to relocate to work full-time on-site at the Head Office in Subang, West Java.
• Minimum 3 years of proven working experience as a FAT Manager, Finance Controller, or in a similar senior leadership role, with a strong ability to direct, mentor, and oversee the entire finance, accounting, and tax departments.
• Must have extensive prior experience managing finance, accounting, and taxation specifically within the Mining industry. Familiarity with heavy equipment, transportation/logistics, and hauling operations is highly expected.
• In-depth mastery of Indonesian accounting principles (PSAK), advanced corporate tax planning, strategic budgeting, financial journaling, and comprehensive fixed asset management.
• Practical experience in managing or implementing enterprise ERP systems and advanced proficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheet applications (Advanced Microsoft Excel).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with the executive board, cross-functional site teams, external auditors, and government tax bodies.
