Job Description
Logistic Part
• Prepare, maintain, and update Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reports to ensure accurate financial records.
• Create and process expense requests in accordance with company policies and operational requirements.
• Prepare vendor invoices and supporting documents for payment processing.
• Organize, file, and maintain customer invoices, vendor invoices (including regular payments and petty cash payments), and contracts in both digital and physical records.
• Prepare project-related petty cash expense requests based on operational needs.
• Print, compile, and verify supporting documents required for Accounts Payable (AP) payment processing across all company entities.
• Assist in preparing vendor payment schedules and payment lists based on data provided by the Finance team.
• Ensure all financial documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment documentation and invoice status.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by the Finance Supervisor/Manager.
E-Commerce Part
• Design and maintain the company's salary structure and compensation framework.
• Develop incentive and commission schemes aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze platform costs and transaction fees.
• Prepare multi-country P&L analysis, financial models, and pricing strategies.
• Review commercial contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
• Audit and execute third-party service payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide cross-border tax support and ensure compliance with international tax regulations.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations on strategic financial initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
Job Requirements
• Energetic, flexible and quick-learning; Be active, goal / KPI driven
• Have overall experiences in different Finance functions, at least knows about all treasury/tax/accounting works, better from SME company as someone who do overall finance job
• Can be full-view thinking, and also details driven
• Also have management experience, know how to improve finance team performance
• Has good experience at E-Commerce and Logistics company
• Good education background and good English
