Job Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and oversee all Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions to ensure compliance with PSAK, IFRS, tax regulations, internal policies, and business objectives.
- Ensure effective integration of cash flow management, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and tax compliance to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and reliable financial, management, and tax reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Finance, Accounting, and Tax strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and funding structures.
- Lead annual budgeting processes and monitor budget realization against targets.
- Control cost management initiatives, gross profit analysis, and operational efficiency programs.
- Ensure tax compliance (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.) and optimize tax planning strategies.
- Manage internal and external audits and oversee financial risk mitigation.
- Evaluate and strengthen internal control systems and financial governance.
- Provide strategic financial recommendations related to investment, expansion, efficiency improvements, and pricing strategies.
- Lead and develop Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams, including performance reviews and coaching.
- Manage financial, tax, and regulatory compliance risks.
- Serve as the company's representative for auditors, banks, tax authorities, investors, and external consultants.
- Support corporate planning, business expansion initiatives, ERP implementation, and finance process digitalization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (D4/S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's Degree (S2) and/or Tax Brevet certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of PSAK, IFRS, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, and corporate finance.
- Experience managing cross-functional Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial digitalization initiatives.
