Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Accounting Tax Lead, located in Lebak Bulus. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements, ensure compliance with tax regulations, perform financial analysis, and utilize accounting software to maintain financial records accurately and efficiently. This role also involves close collaboration with team members to ensure clear communication and streamlined financial processes within the organization.

- Must have experience minimum 2 years as supervisory level. FMCG background preferred.
- Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and Finance management
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide actionable insights
- Expertise in using Accounting Software to ensure accurate record keeping and reporting (Accurate)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax compliance and regulations is a plus (PSAK)
- Experience in a leadership role within finance or accounting is preferred
