Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance, Accounting, Tax (FAT) Officer ECGO EVMOTO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Process and record daily financial transactions: journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
2. Prepare and support monthly financial closing including trial balance, financial statements, and management reports.
3. Handle full-cycle Indonesian tax compliance: calculate, file, and report PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25/29, and PPN on time.
4. Coordinate with external tax consultants or auditors for annual tax returns and audit support.
5. Manage petty cash, vendor invoice processing, and employee reimbursement claims.
6. Monitor accounts payable schedules and ensure timely payments to vendors and partners.
7. Maintain proper financial documentation and audit-ready filing systems.
8. Support FAT Manager in budget monitoring, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial reporting.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, related fields.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience covering finance, accounting, financial operations, or payment operations.
3. Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh and PPN) and experience filing via e-SPT / e-Faktur.
4. Proficiency in accounting software such as Accurate
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for financial reporting and reconciliation.
6. Good understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards) and financial statement preparation.
7. Preferably available to join immediately or within a two-week notice period.
8. Willing to work Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00) and Saturday half-day (09:00–13:00).
