About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Finance Officer to support the financial operations of our electric vehicle ride-hailing ecosystem. In this role, you will play a key part in managing driver payouts, monitoring transaction data, and ensuring financial accuracy across our EV mobility platform.
You will work closely with the finance and operations teams to maintain reliable financial processes that support our growing driver and fleet network.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment, especially within mobility, logistics, or digital platform ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Payout & Financial Operations
Manage and process driver withdrawal requests, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Monitor and reconcile financial transaction data related to driver earnings and ride-hailing operations.
Track driver payouts, commissions, and operational financial flows within the EV ecosystem.
Financial Monitoring & Reporting
Support the preparation of financial reports and operational finance dashboards.
Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy across systems.
Data Accuracy & Issue Resolution
Identify discrepancies in financial records and coordinate with operations or technical teams to resolve issues.
Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, or payment operations.
- Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience in ride-hailing, mobility, fintech, logistics, or platform-based businesses is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Preferably available to join immediately or within a two-week notice period.
- Willing to work Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00) and Saturday (09:00–13:00).
