Working Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Managed daily financial transactions, including cash receipts and disbursements.
Maintained accurate bookkeeping records and financial documentation.
Prepared monthly financial statements and management reports.
Handled Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Performed bank reconciliations and monitored company cash flow.
Prepared and issued invoices, purchase orders, and other supporting documents.
Managed tax administration and ensured compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Calculated, prepared, and reported monthly tax obligations, including Withholding Tax (PPh Final, PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPh 4(2)) and Value Added Tax (VAT/PPN).
Prepared and submitted Monthly Tax Returns (SPT Masa) and assisted in the preparation of Annual Corporate Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan).
Generated tax payment codes (e-Billing) and ensured timely tax payments and reporting.
Maintained tax records and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Managed administrative documentation and company filing systems.
Handled cashier duties, including customer payment transactions and daily cash reconciliation.
Coordinated with management, operations, and production teams regarding financial, tax, and administrative matters.
Ensured proper organization and safekeeping of financial and administrative documents.
Utilized Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-Billing systems for tax reporting and compliance.
Prepared and monitored tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) and VAT reconciliation.
