Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance Accounting Supervisor PT Sinar Aplikasi Jaya Laksana
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation activities
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Review and validate all financial transactions and records to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to ensure team members meet departmental standards and objectives
- Conduct regular audits of accounting procedures and internal controls to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies
- Liaise with external auditors during audit engagements and prepare supporting documentation as required
- Monitor and manage the general ledger, ensuring all journal entries are properly recorded and documented
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management review and decision-making purposes
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline accounting operations and improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with tax authorities as necess
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and financial reporting requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train and motivate accounting team members effectively
- Strong understanding of internal controls, audit procedures and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Professional certification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent is highly desirable
- Experience with financial reconciliation, bank statements and cash flow management
