Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance Accounting Staff PT STELLARIS TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA
About the Role:
We are looking for a self-motivated Finance Accounting Staff with full-set accounting experience to join our dynamic team. This role will report to an overseas Finance Manager based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1) Managing the full set of accounts and maintaining accurate financial records.
2) Ensuring timely month-end and year-end closings in accordance with the timeline set by HQ.
3) Preparing monthly financial reports, including basic variance analysis and explanations for the Finance Manager's review.
4) Guiding the Finance Assistant on accounting works.
5) Assisting with payment process in the absence of the Finance Assistant.
6) Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements, including corporate tax, VAT, import tax, withholding tax, annual audits and etc.
7) Engaging and coordinating with tax consultant to ensure timely filling for all tax requirements.
8) Driving improvement in accounting process and control to ensure compliance and efficiency.
9) Handling ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
a) A degree in Accountancy with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
b) English is a must.
c) Experience with Accurate accounting software is highly preferred.
d) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
e) Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume data effectively.
f) Capacity to work under pressure and meet varying deadlines and workloads.
g) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
h) Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
