Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, preferably in a startup or digital agency environment.
- Understand financial administration, cash flow management, budgeting, and payment processes.
- Experienced in managing Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), invoices, reimbursements, and operational expenses.
- Able to maintain accurate financial records, perform bank reconciliation, and ensure proper transaction documentation.
- Experienced in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Understand Indonesian taxation, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final, and PPN, as applicable to the company’s transactions.
- Familiar with tax administration, tax calculations, tax payment, and periodic tax reporting through applicable systems such as DJP Online/Coretax.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Have strong integrity, accountability, and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of financial information.
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external parties.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax administration.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and applicable tax regulations.
- Experience preparing supporting documents for financial audits and tax reviews.
- Able to identify discrepancies, improve financial processes, and maintain accurate financial records.
