Role & Responsibilities
- Set up a rigourous flow and build best practices for finance and accounting activities.
- Ensure the integrity of the company's bookkeeping activities & figures, including fixed assets recording & tracking, assets capitalization, assets maintenance, and the depreciation / amortization schedules accordingly.
- Manage customer receivables (AR) shape to minimize days sales outstanding (DSO) in working capital management.
- Conduct a regular trade claims reconciliation for on-time and accurate settlement amount with customer accounts.
- Conduct promo evaluation: review sales promo proposal and evaluate for promo ROI (return); Provide and share learnings on post-promo activities.
- Assist in tax administration and ensure payment to Tax Office on-schedule for statutory reporting accuracy:
- Prepare financial statements : scrutinize and provide analyses on profit and loss (P&L) statement items movement; the revenue and expense lines; balance sheets items and statement of cash flows; ensure a streamlined month-end closing (MEC) process and manage appropriate timeline for performance updates and Investor reporting.
- Assist in annual planning / budgeting session and rolling forecasts.
- Execute ongoing payment cycle activities, conduct daily reconciliation to Cash balance in system would be inclusive.
- Back up in preparing for completing the sales cycle process, documents, and Management Information System (MIS) in relation, namely capturing customer’s purchase order and to process timely, ensure on-time delivery, producing sales invoice and faktur pajak (FP) in correspondence for tukar faktur (TF) activity; ensure on-time billing for customer accounts.
Qualification
- Hungry to learn, fast & passionate learner
- One to three years working experience in Finance/ Accounting, experience in manufacturing company is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting, preferably from reputable University.
- Solid knowledge, have high integrity for implementing financial and accounting standard operating procedures (SOP) and practices
- Strong work ethics: high ownership & accountable, honest, and not easily complacent, biased for action.
- High attention to details and analytical
- Able to utilize and operate Excel, Accurate, or similar accounting software
