General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance & accounting, preferably with exposure to handling multiple entities/companies.
- Experienced in using Accurate Accounting Software (required); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Good English written and spoken
Technical Skills:
- Strong ability to prepare complete financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) independently.
- In-depth knowledge of journal entries, including adjustments, depreciation, amortization, and accruals.
- Experienced in managing daily and weekly cash flow operations.
- Strong control over AR, AP, petty cash, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and able to calculate/report taxes such as PPh 22, PPh 4(2), PPh 26, and VAT.
- Familiar with tax administration, including e-Faktur issuance, monthly tax filing, and handling tax office inquiries (SP2DK).
- Capable of issuing and managing VAT invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Finance
- Monitor and manage daily cash balances and cash flows.
- Prepare weekly cash flow reports to ensure fund availability.
2. Payment & Transaction Processing
- Arrange payment schedules and process transactions through internet banking.
- Monitor and record payments to/from suppliers and customers.
- Ensure all payments are properly authorized and in line with company policies.
3. Financial Control
- Control and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and petty cash.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in Accurate accounting software.
4. Accounting Journal Entries
- Prepare and record journal entries including: Bank book, Petty cash, Sales, Depreciation of fixed assets, Rent amortization, Adjustments
- Prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets (BS).
- Perform General Ledger control and reconciliation when needed.
5. Tax Management
- Calculate and summarize tax obligations including: Income Tax (PPh 22, PPh 4(2), PPh 26), VAT (PPN)
- Issue VAT invoices (e-Faktur).
- Handle tax administration tasks, including responding to tax office inquiries (SP2DK).
- Coordinate with external tax consultants for compliance and reporting.
6. Coordination & Administration
- Work closely with internal teams and tax consultants to solve financial and tax-related issues.
- Organize and maintain financial and tax documentation.
- Manage administrative tasks related to banking and taxation.
