We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Finance Manager / FAT Supervisor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily finance, accounting, and taxation operations for multiple client companies.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Supervise monthly and annual tax calculations, payments, and filings, including PPh, VAT, and Corporate Income Tax.
- Manage financial closing, reconciliations, budgeting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Review accounting records and identify discrepancies, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Provide financial and tax advisory support to clients and management.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, tax authorities, and other external parties.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance, Accounting, and Taxation team.
- Improve internal controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Hands-on experience with PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT, and Corporate Income Tax.
- Familiarity with Coretax DJP and Indonesian tax reporting procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Accurate, Odoo, or similar systems.
- Experience managing accounting and tax matters for multiple companies or clients is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an accounting, tax, or management consulting firm.
Brevet A & B certification.
Experience handling PMA (Preferfably Chinese Company)
Experience assisting with tax audits, SP2DK, and tax authority correspondence.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
