WE ARE HIRING – FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX MANAGER
Location: Mojokerto, East Java
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to lead and oversee the Finance, Accounting & Tax function comprehensively. This role will be responsible for financial management, reporting, manufacturing accounting, taxation, audit, and internal controls while providing strategic financial insights to Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, and company liquidity.
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial reports in accordance with SAK and applicable regulations.
- Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, including HPP/COGS calculation, production cost variance analysis, raw material efficiency, and inventory valuation.
- Manage tax compliance and tax planning, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh 4(2), PPN, and other applicable tax obligations.
- Coordinate external audit (KAP), tax audit, and internal audit processes.
- Ensure internal control systems and financial procedures are implemented and operating effectively.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to Management.
- Lead, develop, and evaluate the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
About You
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax.
- Proven experience at Supervisor/Manager level.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred, particularly in costing, HPP, and inventory.
- Must hold CA (Chartered Accountant) certification.
- Must hold Brevet A & B certification.
- Strong understanding of SAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as Accurate Online, SAP, Odoo, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, tax planning, and internal control capabilities.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Meticulous, highly responsible, trustworthy, and able to work with targets and deadlines.
- Willing to be placed in Mojokerto, East Java.
