Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance, Accounting & Tax PT. PACIFIC MARINE TECHNOLOGY
Accounting :
1. Record journal entries, prepare and submit all supporting document to ERP System
2. Prepare and create Offer sheet (Quotation), Proforma Invoice and Invoice to Client and Purchase Order to Vendor using ERP System
3. Other basic accounting job, like ledger reconciliation
Tax :
1. Collecting DGT Form and COR from Vendor
2. Collecting Withholding Tax form from client
3. Counting Deduction Withholding Tax to Vendor for services item
4. Create Tax Invoice / Withholding Tax Form
Finance :
1. Create and release all payment transactions
2. AR Collection to client, controlling and monitoring
3. AP Payment to vendor, controlling and monitoring
4. Recap and prepare advance and realization with all supporting document for project payment
5. Weekly finance budgeting and monitor company cash flow
6. Coordinate as company PIC with bank and other financial instiitutions
Requirements :
1. Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Economic / Management
2. Minimum 1-2 yeares of experience in similar position
3. Strong understanding of business administration, finance and accounting
4. Familiar with Tax compliance and regulations
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting / ERP software (Zahir, MYOB Accurate, ECOUNT ERP System)
6. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure
7. Good communication and teamwork skills
