Requirements:
- Minimum S1 Accounting graduate, from reputable University
- Fresg Graduate / maximum 2 years of working experience in finance & accounting & tax field.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understand accounting system (SAP) will be a plus.
- Exellent English skills.
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Honest, adaptable, highly disciplined, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work under tight schedule and fast pace environment.
- Work location in Taman Tekno BSD, Tangerang Selatan
Responsibility:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements with internal records for accuracy.
- Track and record company expenses, ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances, recommend actions to improve financial performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions for reliable records.
- Adhere to internal control policies to protect company assets.
- Assist in developing and implementing financial policies for operational efficiency.
- Support audits with necessary documentation and information.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and decision-making.
- Assist with material procurement for timely and cost-effective resource acquisition.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to improve their skills.
- Develop strategies to optimize accounting operations and processes.
- Recap project costs to monitor budget adherence and financial performance.
- Monitoring fixed assets
- Review petty cash and bank
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the company.
