FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
- Regular budget consolidation
- Cash flow management
- Debt management and collection
- Maintaining payroll system
- Maintaining company's KPI
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
- Preparing high-level financial and tax reports and analysis
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations
- Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice
- Working closely with management to share reports and analysis findings
- Managing and mentoring accounting, finance and operation team to achieve company's goal
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Financial controller 3+ years
- Bachelors or Masters qualifications in Accounting & Finance
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Thorough knowledge of Indonesian Accounting & Taxation practices
- Advance Skills: CORETAX, Accurate, E-SPT, PPh, PPN, Tax Planning & Tax Risk Analyze, Brevet A & B, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
- Excellent organization and administration skills
- Strong analytical & attention to detail
- Self motivated, initiative, and able to work under pressure
- Responsible, trustworthy, and high level of integrity
