Deskripsi pekerjaan Finance Accounting and Tax Supervisor PT Textil Lintas Indonesia (Textilindo)
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily finance, accounting, and tax operations • Prepare financial statements, budgeting reports, cash flow forecasts, and management reports • Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting • Manage tax calculations, reporting, and compliance in accordance with Indonesian regulations • Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury activities • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and relevant stakeholders • Maintain internal controls and continuously improve financial processes • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and Indonesian tax regulations • Experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit processes • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to work independently • Experience in manufacturing, trading, logistics, or related industries is an advantage
