Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor/ Assistant Manager

About the Company:
Maleena Coffee Roasters is a fast-growing coffee company dedicated to delivering the finest quality of locally sourced coffee beans. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Finance, Accounting & Tax Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK
- Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance (VAT, Income Tax, e-SPT, e-Faktur, etc.)
- Conduct internal audits and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and transactions
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
- Lead and develop the finance & accounting team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably as Supervisor or Assistant Manager)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, or others)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to be placed in Menteng, Central Jakarta
