Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff

Requirement:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/Tax/Economics or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related fields
3. Have an experience in accounting software
4. Skilled in accounting software and ERP systems
5. Able to work using Ms. Office
6. Understanding of financial, accounting, and tax principles
7. Able to work in fast-moving and multi-tasking environment
8. Detail oriented & accurate is a must

Job Description:

1. Check the completeness of the invoice AP and record it to the systme
2. Verify & reconciliation all transactions related to sales, advances received, receivables and recorded accurately and ontime
3. Verify & reconcialiation all transactions related to purchase, advances purchase, payable and recorded accuratelt and ontime
4. Fixed assets management
5. Stock opname & supporting the audit
6. Ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager
