Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, and/or External Audit.
- Must have prior working experience at a Public Accounting Firm (Kantor Akuntan Publik/KAP), preferably with exposure to financial statement audits.
- Experience in financial services, securities crowdfunding, fintech, publicly listed companies, or OJK-regulated companies is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK);
- Financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing processes;
- General ledger and balance sheet reconciliation;
- Cash flow management, budgeting, and budget monitoring;
- Indonesian taxation regulations;
- Internal controls and audit requirements; and
- Management reporting and financial analysis.
6. Capable of preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements.
7. Good understanding of tax calculation, payment, and reporting, including Article 21 Income Tax, Article 23 Income Tax, Article 4(2) Final Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and VAT.
8. Experience in coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, regulators, banks, and other external parties.
9. Advanced proficiency in Spreadsheet and Microsoft Excel, data reconciliation, and large-volume data processing.
10. Proficient in accounting systems such as Jurnal.id.
11. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial review capabilities.
12. Able to identify accounting discrepancies, financial risks, control weaknesses, and potential tax exposures.
13. Strong leadership, supervisory, and team coordination skills.
14. Able to work under pressure and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
16. High level of integrity and ability to maintain the confidentiality of financial information.
17. Brevet A and B tax certification or other relevant professional certification will be an advantage.
Responsibility/Job Desc:
- Supervise the daily activities of the Finance, Accounting & Tax function.
- Review transaction journals, adjustment entries, and supporting documents before posting or closing.
- Ensure that monthly and annual closing processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and/or review:
- Statements of profit or loss;
- Statements of financial position;
- Statements of cash flows;
- Statements of changes in equity;
- General ledger reports;
- Financial statement supporting schedules; and
- Financial statements of the relevant group entities.
5. Review reconciliations of bank accounts, escrow accounts, pooling accounts, receivables, payables, fixed assets, tax accounts, and other balance sheet accounts.
6. Ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with PSAK, the Company’s accounting policies, and internal procedures.
7. Review tax calculations, payments, filings, and supporting documentation.
8. Monitor tax compliance and identify potential tax risks or exposures.
9. Prepare and review financial information required for external audits, tax examinations, regulatory reporting, General Meetings of Shareholders, and management purposes.
10. Act as the main person in charge for coordination with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, regulators, and other relevant parties.
11. Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and explanations of material movements in the financial statements.
12. Monitor the Company’s cash flow, cash position, payment schedules, and funding requirements.
13. Review invoices, payment requests, reimbursements, and their supporting documents.
14. Ensure that payments have been properly reviewed and approved in accordance with the applicable authorization matrix.
15. Develop and improve accounting policies, standard operating procedures, working papers, and internal controls.
16. Identify process weaknesses and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
17. Supervise, review, and provide guidance on the work performed by the FAT Junior.
18. Provide knowledge transfer, coaching, and support for the professional development of team members.
19. Support the FAT Manager in preparing budgets, financial projections, cash flow forecasts, and other financial analyses.
20. Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the FAT Manager and in accordance with the Company’s requirements.
