Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff

KODECO ENERGY CO., LTD.

The company is the contractor of the West Madura Production Sharing Contract (PSC) in Indonesia and is engaged in oil and natural gas exploration and exploitation.

Now we are looking for:

FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX STAFF

A. General Requirements :

1. Male/Female, maximum age 30 years old.

2. Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Tax .

3. Minimum 2 - 5 years in Finance,Accounting and Tax fields, preferably in

Oil and Gas Company.

4. Fluent in using English both oral and written

5. Good administration and proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel and

Words.

6. Able to work as an individual or as a team

7. Honest, diligent in working, having critical thinking and self-motivated

person.

8. Strong interpersonal and communication skill.

9. Work location : Cilandak, South Jakarta

B. Specific Requirements (Finance & Accounting) :

1. Familiar to use/operate Accounting Software such as MYOB/ABSS

2. Good understanding knowledge in the Accounting Cycle, Cash Flow

and making Finance statement journal/General Ledger

C. Specific Requirements (Tax) :

1. Good knowlegde about Indonesia Tax Regulation ( Income Tax Pph 21,

Pph 23, Pph 25, Pph 4(2) and Value Added Tax and Coretax system).

2. Have experiences on the Tax calculation, Tax report and reconciliation

3. Can operate new tax system (Coretax).

4. Has certificate on Brevet A and B

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the tax and accounting function that included preparation of financial statement, analysis, cash flow forecast, consolidation account, and tax payment.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data

• Assist to ensure Financial reports compliance with the regulatory and company procedures

• Undertake ad-hoc assignment and prepare accounting reports as directed by the Management
