Job Description:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Monitor and manage cash flow
- Create and process invoices for clients, ensuring accuracy in terms of pricing and taxes
- Ensure all invoices are issued within agreed-upon deadlines, helping maintain cash flow and clients relationships
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (e.g., corporate tax, VAT, payroll tax)
- Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate tax returns, VAT filings, and any other required tax documents
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax roles, preferably in the tech/software industry
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar ERP systems)
- Hands-on experience with tax filings, including corporate tax and VAT compliance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Knowledge of tax regulations and tax planning strategies
- Proficiency in financial analysis and financial modeling
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work onsite in Yogyakarta
