Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial accounts.
- Calculate, prepare, and file tax returns (e.g., VAT, corporate tax, income tax) in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, policies, and internal controls.
- Support other departments by providing accurate financial data and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of financial and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a Garment manufacturing or similar industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Certification in taxation (e.g., Brevet A/B) is preferred.
