Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities, including maintaining accurate financial records
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including: Issuing invoices to clients; Monitoring outstanding receivables and maintaining AR workpaper; Following up on client payments via email/WhatsApp/PIC
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and process payment requests with proper documentation
- Perform bank and transaction reconciliations regularly
- Support monthly financial closing and reporting
- Handle tax compliance, including PPh 4(2) and VAT (PPN)
- Ensure proper documentation and data management, including: Creating and maintaining client folders in Google Drive based on standard structure; Preparing and updating client legal documents (NDA, Proposal, Agreement); Support operational and administrative tasks, including:
- Creating email/grouping email for onboarding staff and client PIC
- Assisting in bonus calculation based on internal guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting / Finance / Taxation
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in accounting, finance, or similar role
- Strong experience in AR (invoicing & collection) and basic AP processes
- Hands-on experience in PPh 4(2) and VAT (PPN)
- Familiar with accounting software / ERP systems
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities
- Good communication skills and comfortable with client coordination
