About the Role:
We are looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax Specialist to manage daily financial, accounting, and tax activities, ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and proper documentation. You will handle transactions, AP/AR, reconciliation, tax administration, and monthly closing while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Finance, Accounting, and Tax activities, including financial transactions and documentation.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) administration.
- Prepare and manage invoices, payment documents, and expense records.
- Perform bank, accounting, and tax reconciliations.
- Handle tax administration, including PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot.
- Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain accurate financial and tax records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Tax.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Familiar with PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, and e-Bupot.
- Experience with Accurate/Jurnal for accounting and Cortex for tax administration is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
