Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, General Ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Monitor cash flow, operational expenses, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, financial forecasts, Actual vs. Budget reports, and EBITDA performance.
• Manage corporate tax calculations, reconciliations, payments, and reporting in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Ensure accurate financial records, internal controls, and supporting documentation for audits and tax reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and support business decision-making.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, with strong full-cycle accounting knowledge.
• Proven ability to prepare and analyze financial statements, budgeting, cash flow, and EBITDA.
• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation, including PPh and PPN, as applicable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; accounting software experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
• Experience in multi-outlet businesses, fitness, hospitality, retail, or membership-based businesses is a plus.
• Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.
