General Qualification
• Female, Experienced working as Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager (Hotel Industry) minimum 2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (D3-S1 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills and used to working with deadlines.
• Good attitude, highly committed, and able to work as a team.
• Available for opportunities in Gili Trawangan.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the company’s accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
• Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors during audits.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, providing guidance and training.
• Assist in financial forecasting and cash flow management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations.
