Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting, or a related field (CPA/Brevet A & B is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
- Proven experience managing end-to-end Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations.
- Excellent understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and government regulations
- Experience working in a multinational company (MNC) with exposure to regional or globa stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the abilitv to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a high-performing finance team.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
