WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Review and post journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Maintain Fixed Asset (FA) and prepaid schedules and support monthly and annual financial statement closing.
- Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and oversee payment processing and scheduling.
- Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and cash advances while ensuring proper documentation and controls.
- Analyze budget versus actual performance and provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
- Calculate, prepare, and submit routine tax reports, including VAT (PPN) and Income Tax (PPh 21, 23, 4(2), 25, 29, A1, and Article 17).
- Perform tax reconciliations against the General Ledger (GL) and prepare supporting documents for tax audits and SP2DK inquiries.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, contracts, tax documents, and other financial records.
- Develop and maintain simple finance and accounting SOPs and support internal and external audit processes.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong understanding of Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxation, and Indonesian regulatory compliance.
- Solid hands-on experience in journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closing, AR/AP management, and cash flow monitoring.
- Familiarity with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and local tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and accounting software, preferably Accurate.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members while remaining operationally involved in day-to-day finance activities.
- Fundamental expertise across Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) functions is required.
