Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Officer

We are currently looking for a Tax Accountant / Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Officer to join our team in Kelapa Dua, Tangerang Regency, Banten.

Responsibilities :

- Record daily financial transactions and prepare journal entries.

- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.

- Process payments and maintain payment documentation.

- Handle payroll, employee reimbursements, and creator incentives.

- Manage tax administration (PPh 21, PPh 23, BPJS, e-Bupot, etc.).

- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.

- Manage invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.

- Maintain financial and legal documents (MoU, invoices, contracts).

- Support month-end closing and audit processes.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth financial operations.


Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.

- Understanding of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and taxation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.

- Familiar with Coretax, e-Bupot, and accounting software is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Holding Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
