Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager

Allez Group is a growing Food and Beverage (F&B) group in Indonesia, operating multiple restaurant brands, including The Cutler, Patty & Sons, Ironiku, Zodiac Baresto, and Ask For Patty.

We are looking for an experienced Finance, Accounting and Tax (FAT) Manager to lead our Finance, Accounting, and Tax team, oversee financial performance across multiple outlets, and ensure effective financial management, tax compliance, and cost efficiency throughout the business.

The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the F&B industry, strong financial and analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage financial operations in a fastpaced, multioutlet restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable financial operations.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis across multiple restaurant outlets.
• Monitor utility expenses, operational expenses, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and cost variances to maintain healthy profit margins.
• Ensure tax compliance, including Value Added Tax (VAT), withholding taxes, and periodic and annual tax returns (SPT).
• Review bank reconciliations, petty cash, cash flow, and daily financial transactions.
• Supervise Purchasing processes to ensure effective procurement, cost efficiency, and proper vendor management.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Management to strengthen cost control, improve financial efficiency, and support business decisionmaking.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring that financial records and supporting documentation are accurate and properly maintained.
• Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization, and provide recommendations to Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor or Managerlevel position.
• Prior experience in the F&B industry is required, preferably in a restaurant group or multioutlet business.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, F&B cost control, COGS, and profit margin analysis.
• Good understanding of Purchasing, procurement processes, vendor management, and cost negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations and accounting systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experienced in multioutlet financial reporting, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring.
