Kualifikasi

Lulusan Diploma/S1 Ekonomi, Finance, Akuntansi, dan jurusan relevan lainnya
Memiliki pengalaman 1-2 tahun (Fresh graduate dengan pengalaman magang juga dipersilahkan melamar)
Menguasai account payable, invoicing, rekonsiliasi, dasar-dasar akuntansi, serta Microsoft Excel
Teliti, akurat, memiliki komunikasi yang baik, dan mampu mengatur waktu dengan efektif

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Mengelola proses invoice, mulai dari veridikasi hingga pencatatan sesuai kebijakan perusahaan
Memastikan seluruh transaksi account payable tercatat secara akurat dan tepat waktu
Melakukan rekonsiliasi data hutang dan enjaga keseimbangan saldo vendor
Berkoordinas dengan vendor dan tim internal terkait kendala atau selisih invoice
Mendukung proses tutup buku bulanan dan kebutuhan audit
