About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Finance (Account Payable) Staff to join the dynamic team at PT Karunia Kuliner Indonesia (Restaurant Remboelan) in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for handling the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
What you'll be doing
- Process and record accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve any payment-related queries or issues
- Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring all payments are made on time
- Reconcile supplier statements and accounts payable ledger
- Provide support to the wider finance team as required
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- A strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines
