Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently or in a team.
- High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate).
- Knowledge of journal entries, bank reconciliation, and basic financial reporting.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and prepare journal entries.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting.
- Manage invoices, vendor payments, and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify supporting documents.
- Maintain financial and tax documentation.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
