Ultimate Organizer, established in 2015, was born out of a call to uplift young individuals through the creative industry, offering positive activities and a home for young talents. As we continue to grow and expand our vision, we are excited to invite talented individuals to join our team. The role of a filmmaker at Ultimate Organizer is pivotal in our mission to create impactful content that resonates with our audience. This position offers the unique opportunity to blend creativity with technical skills, contributing to the growth of our creative community.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Editing and refining video content, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with our brand’s vision.

- Collaborating closely with the creative team to develop and execute video projects, from concept to completion.

- Conducting copy editing and image editing to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of our content.

- Managing and optimizing the hybrid work environment, ensuring smooth collaboration between remote and in-office team members.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

- Hybrid work arrangement preferred, offering flexibility and balance.

- Completion of Senior/Vocational High School education or equivalent.

- Proficiency in editor software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.

- Strong skills in copy editing and image editing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

- Experience in video production and editing, demonstrating a portfolio of work that showcases your abilities.
