Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer claims and complaint management
• Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers
• Monitor product/tire performance in the market
• Conduct product inspections and technical analysis
• Deliver product training for internal and external stakeholders
• Support product mapping and market surveys
• Work closely with Sales and Distributor teams for demand generation activities
• Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, customer experience, and industry trends
• Organize customer engagement programs and campaigns
• Provide product feedback and improvement insights to R&D and Sales teams
• Prepare monthly technical and market reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech preferred)
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Technical Service / Customer Service
• Experience in tire industry is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of product performance and technical analysis
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Familiar with market assessment and brand/product development
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Willing to travel for customer visits and field activities
✨ Preferred Background:
• Tire certification/testing experience is a plus
• Experience handling Commercial Vehicle (CV), TBR, LCV, Farm, or OHT segments will be advantageous
