Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage field service technicians in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities at customer sites.
• Ensure all field service activities are carried out in accordance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
• Coordinate work schedules, resource allocation, and technical requirements for projects and service operations.
• Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving technical issues in the field.
• Monitor team performance and develop the technical competencies of service personnel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Coordinator, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare service reports, repair reports, commissioning reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Manager, Field Service Manager, Service Manager, Maintenance Manager, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service within industrial, engineering, infrastructure, building services, or related sectors.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Willing to travel for business assignments as required by operational needs.
